Jason Jennaro is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FrontierGen, focused on infrastructure for next-generation industrial and AI-driven campuses. He previously served as CEO of Breakwater Energy Partners, which was acquired by Select Water Solutions, and co-founded Twin Eagle Sand Logistics, one of the largest rail-to-shale logistics platforms in the U.S. Earlier, he was Vice President in the Commodity Principal Investment Group at Lehman Brothers. Jason holds degrees from Harvard Kennedy School, Georgetown McDonough School of Business, and the University of Oregon, and serves as Chairman of Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast & Louisiana.

Ivan Pinney is Co-Founder and President of FrontierGen, focused on execution, project development, and operational strategy across the company’s infrastructure platform. He is the Founder of Barrio Energy, Co-Founder of Limpia Creek Technologies, and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Wayfinder Resources. Ivan spent nearly a decade at Chevron USA, where he led complex upstream oil and gas projects across multiple regions. His experience spans energy development, infrastructure execution, and large-scale project delivery across Texas.
